The NAACP today announced the launch of Image Unscripted, a new NAACP Image Awards original podcast series hosted by Emmy Award– and NAACP Image Award–winning journalist and author Jemele Hill.
Designed as a bold extension of the Image Awards universe, Image Unscripted highlights the real moves that shape careers, fuel creativity, and keep culture moving forward. The series features candid, unfiltered conversations with actors, comedians, executives, and innovators. Across the season, guests open up about being part of something bigger, the impact of their breakthrough moments, and career-defining decisions that changed everything. Nothing is scripted — just real talk about how culture actually gets made.
The celebrity guest lineup includes actress/comedian Ego Nwodim, comedian KevOnStage, actor/musician Miles Caton, actor Tyriq Withers, actress Jaz Sinclair, actor/rapper and gamer, Khleo Thomas, actor/comedian Kalen Allen, TV personality Scott Evans, marketing executive and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills/On Brand With Jimmy Fallon star, Bozoma Saint John, founder/CEO of Black Girl Gamers Jay-Ann Lopez, TV personality/entrepreneur Tai Beauchamp, model Shantel Jackson, Love Island Season 7 star Chelley Bissainthe, Season 24 Big Brother Winner Taylor Hale, and NAACP President and CEO Derrick Johnson, spotlighting the people and passion shaping culture while exploring creativity and the defining moments of this generation.
Image Unscripted spotlights the people and passion shaping this generation — beyond the headlines, beyond the red carpet, and beyond awards season.
Premiering Tuesday, Feb. 10, Image Unscripted offers a deeper look into the journeys of Black creatives diving into why representation truly matters in boardrooms, on screens, and across digital spaces. From reality TV to gaming, and with insights from industry leaders, audiences will see how creativity and intention drive culture forward.

New episodes of Image Unscripted will drop weekly on Tuesdays, leading up to the “57th NAACP Image Awards,” airing live on BET and CBS on Feb. 28.
