ABOUT THE ROLE
The Tribeca Festival communications team is looking for an extremely organized, hardworking individual with strong interests in entertainment publicity—including film, TV, podcasts, music, and more—for the 2025 Tribeca Festival. Previous experience working in film PR or festivals is preferred but not required. Must be able to work in the US and on-site in New York City, including extended hours during the Festival.
ABOUT YOU
The PR Materials Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring key press materials and assets are distributed in a timely manner, the press database is updated, and credential applications are effectively processed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Festival communications team and PR agencies to support all material needs
Work across departments to receive and share press materials (stills, trailers, background materials, etc.) for all Festival categories
Track and catalog press assets for programming announcements and media moments
Organize and maintain the press and publicity databases
Track press credential applications and respond to requests
Oversee media check-in for press & industry screenings during the Festival
Facilitate press credential pick-up
SKILLS + REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years minimum entertainment PR experience
Festival experience preferred, but not required
Experience in talent relations, festival relations, working with creators
Strong proficiencies in Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Drive, Slack, and similar is a must
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and departments both internal and external
Willing to work both remote and onsite during the festival
SALARY: $800/$900, weekly
This position is seasonal, running from May through June
