As part of CBeebies Parenting - the online resource for parents of early years children - the UK's most loved children's channel is proud to announce series two of their hit podcast, CBeebies Parenting Helpline, available from Thursday 21st August.
The new series continues to provide a lifeline for parents navigating the early years with the help of TV personality and wellness advocate, Holly Hagan-Blyth and Charlie Hedges, BBC Radio 1 host of Dance Anthems and the iconic Live Lounge.
Together, Holly and Charlie dive into the real and often messy moments of parenting toddlers, guided by a range of expert guests including child nutritionist Charlotte Stirling Reed, relationship therapist Rachel Gold and Clinical Psychologist, Dr Emma Hepburn and many more.
Each episode features real questions from listeners, tackling the everyday challenges parents face, such as:
How do I manage fussy eating?
Why doesn't my partner want to have sex after we became parents?
How do I handle tantrums?
How do I let go and allow my husband to be a more involved parent?
Listeners will not only gain direct, practical advice from leading experts, but will also hear Holly and Charlie share their own honest experiences as new mums. This podcast creates a supportive, judgement-free space for parents to feel seen, heard and understood.
Expect everything from heartfelt and emotional conversations around mental health and bonding, to laugh-out-loud moments on potty training mishaps. Parenting Helpline is here to reassure, uplift and unite parents in the early years of raising children.
With compassion, honesty and a healthy dose of humour, Holly and Charlie invite listeners into a growing community where no parent feels alone.
