Job Summary:
Are you passionate about podcasting and ready to dive into the dynamic world of ad operations? Join our team as an Ad Operations Coordinator where you’ll support the post-sale execution processes within the Libsyn AdvertiseCast Marketplace.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Support sales efforts by actively working to see that all campaign expectations are met on the Advertiser side as well as the Publisher side.
Enhance and support Advertiser relationships.
Respond to Advertiser requests for campaign related information.
Provide performance schedules.
Provide preferred codes for promos and vanity urls.
Provide air checks.
Provide campaign reporting upon request.
Handle requests for “no cost make goods” due to errors or under delivery.
Manage and execute attribution requirements with a variety of 3rd parties.
Support Publishers in maximizing their monetization opportunities.
Deliver campaign assets and preparatory materials through the AdvertiseCast platform in a timely fashion.
Ad copy & onboarding materials.
Instructions on how to receive product samples.
Share attribution information and assist in implementation when needed.
Call scheduling.
Answer publishers’ campaign related questions.
Assist publishers with their scheduling needs.
Update availability calendars.
Request date shifts to Advertisers upon request.
Answer publishers’ platform and workflow related questions.
Resolve technical issues when possible or escalate to appropriate parties.
Maintain and support high quality, consistent data and workflows within the Libsyn AdvertiseCast Marketplace Platform.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done in a timely manner.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Customer service experience
Knowledge of IAB Standards
Experience in marketing / media planning
Familiarity with podcast hosting and ad tech platforms

Pay Range:
$40,000 - $50,000 per year
