Amazon and Uninterrupted Close Deal for Wondery to Exclusively Distribute and Monetize Mind the Game with LeBron James and New Co-Host NBA Hall-of-Famer Steve Nash
Amazon and Uninterrupted, the award-winning athlete storytelling brand within Fulwell Entertainment, have entered into a multi-year deal for the popular digital series Mind the Game. The leading podcast studio and publisher Wondery, an Amazon company, will manage distribution and ad-sales representation for all new audio and video episodes of the podcast series, and back catalogue content. Uninterrupted, which launched the series last year, will continue to produce the series. The second season of Mind the Game returns with James hosting alongside new co-host NBA legend Steve Nash.
Wondery will distribute Mind the Game across Amazon services, including Prime Video, Amazon Music, Fire TV Channels and Echo devices, as well as on YouTube and wherever podcasts are available. The deal includes ad-free listening on Wondery+ and Amazon Music, along with non-exclusive merchandise rights for the series.
Launching in April in the lead up to the NBA Playoffs, Mind the Game’s second season will bring fans into the heralded basketball minds of two icons of the game. Each week will find James and Nash sitting down to discuss the state of basketball, dissect Xs and Os, and wax poetic about the sport that they love.
